I decided to sort out some stuff on my computer and found this long forgotten vid. It's already almost 6 years old but I guess still worth posting. Enjoy my P-51 Mustang ride out of Minden, Nevada back in the old days:

Soooo ... after all those busy days everything seems to be ready. I'll be heading south (to Zielona Gora) Friday morning and will try to hit the road pretty early. MN is already there but I'll have to find him a good tie down spot with water access, which should be doable if I get there before noon.

The wing covers are getting their last spin in the washing machine and it all will be ready for packing tomorrow. I also managed to get brand new "MN" stickers for car and trailer :-) All nice and fresh just the way I like it.

The preps for the Worlds in Sweden are also almost completed. They better be ... there are only 4 days break between the two comps. Hotels and ferry are all booked. It amazes me every single time how easy the here impossible things are somewhere else. We finally booked the ferry from Germany. The booking was just one phone call away - easy as pie - while in Poland the 2 additional meters in length seemed to be the biggest problem ever and nobody had an idea how to solve it. The others just calculate additional 10 Euros for each meter oversize and ... done. One way or the other it's all good now and I'm getting excited.
